Three Fridays, five teams, and a celebration of community, fun, and healthy competition.

On a personal note, 2023-2025 became some of the most challenging years of my life so far. A period of turmoil, my ikigai turned upside down. The world as I knew it collapsed. I was exhausted, sick for months, simply trying to recompose myself and survive this dark chapter.

In moments of crisis, I returned to the things that ground me: movement, meditation, art, and the people I love. These became my anchors and my medicine.

I stepped away from the digital world and deepened my meditation practice. Portraiture became my way back, a space to breathe, paint, and send positive energy to each person I depicted.

I painted 87 portraits of friends and athletes at Vastberaden, including myself, a way to learn names, celebrate effort, and honour the people I train with every day.

I could have rested, but I chose to create. For me, Art is the process: every stroke, every thought, every experiment. Each portrait was a gift of attention.
